With superior lubricity and a higher oil content, TRIM® emulsions provide a greater boundary layer between the tool and the material. TRIM Emulsions are ideal for lower, less than 600 SFPM, applications such as broaching, reaming, deep hole drilling, drilling, tapping and centerless grinding.
Emulsions work well for machining copper, yellow metals, steel alloys, cast aluminiums, wrought aluminiums and tough-to-machine titanium and nickel-based alloys.
Multi-metal Machining Emulsion
TRIM® E715 is a high quality, universal soluble oil which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. It has broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to high duty machining and grinding jobs. Amine Free Machining & Grinding Emulsion
TRIM® E720 is a high quality, universal soluble oil with a broad application range in machining and grinding of a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to heavy duty machining jobs on aluminium and stainless steel. The inhibitor package in TRIM E720 also makes it particularly suited to the machining of copper alloys without component staining or unsightly machine residues.
Magnesium and multi-metal machining emulsion
TRIM® E806 is a truly unique metalworking fluid emulsion concentrate with unparalleled metal compatibility and all round machining performance characteristics. The product is primarily designed for machining magnesium alloys used in the aerospace, automotive and general industry sectors. TRIM E806 does not tarnish the most sensitive magnesium alloys even after relatively long exposure times plus it is impervious to magnesium salt build-up in the sump – something which splits normal emulsions in a matter of days. Another problem with magnesium machining, hydrogen gas evolution, is virtually nil with TRIM E806. The product also has the lubricity and extreme pressure performance to machine other alloys commonly seen in the aerospace industry such as wrought aluminiums, stainless steels, inconel® and titanium.
TRIM® E850 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and premium traditional lubricity additives to yield a very high performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is robust enough to deliver extended useful life and avoid rancid odours normally associated with traditional emulsions. The optimised lubricity and extreme pressure package delivers exceptional surface finish and tool life on difficult to machine aluminium alloys, inconel, titanium, stainless and high tensile strength steels.

TRIM® E909 is a high quality, universal soluble oil with a broad application range in machining and grinding of a wide range of materials. Very high levels of extreme pressure additives in this product make it particularly suitable for the heavy duty machining jobs on stainless steel and other difficult to machine alloys. The inhibitor package in TRIM E909 also makes it particularly suited to the machining of copper alloys without component staining or unsightly machine residues.
Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate
TRIM® E923 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and very high levels of chlorine free extreme pressure (EP) additives to yield an extreme performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is robust enough to deliver unparalleled tool life in some of the most difficult metal cutting operations whilst still providing the excellent non-cutting characteristics normally associated with traditional, high quality emulsions from Master Fluid Solutions. The optimised lubricity and extreme pressure package matches heavy duty neat oils on difficult to machine materials such as inconel, titanium, stainless steel and high tensile strength steels.
High Performance Machining Emulsion
TRIM® E950 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and premium traditional lubricity additives to yield a very high performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is operator friendly because of its mild contact nature and low chemical initial-charge odour. TRIM E950 is robust enough to deliver extended useful life and avoid rancid odours normally associated with traditional emulsions. The unparalleled lubricity delivers exceptional surface finish and tool life on difficult to machine aluminium alloys, inconel, titanium, stainless and high tensile strength steels.
General-purpose Emulsion – Siloxane Free
TRIM™ SOL SF is a very high lubricity soluble oil which is suitable for machining and grinding a broad range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the tough machining of difficult materials such as stainless steel, inconel and titanium.
