WEDOLiT CN 5370-22 is a low viscous, non-water soluble, high performance cutting oil for thread cutting operations, which is based on the latest base-oil-technology. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations of high alloyed steels, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
Special-Fluid 100°C flash point, VOC free
WEDOLiT AN 6723 is a thixotropic corrosion protection oil for steel. It contains a combination of inhibitors which offers long-term protection for indoor storage and short-term protection for outdoor storage. It can be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing or rolling.
WEDOLiT AN 6723 fulfills all requirements regarding Altautorichtlinie 2000/53/EG. It is not subject to the German VOC-regulation (VOC-guideline, 31. BImSchV) nor to the Swiss regulation for VOC (Lenkungsabgabe VOCV Swiss).

Water-miscible High-performance Fluid
WEDOLiT AW 8321 is universally applicable for parts cleaning and corrosion protection. The mineral oil free product is not only suitable for steel, but also for non-ferrous metals. Utilising the latest technology, AW 8321 offers the possibility for a boron and formaldehyde free application.
Assembling aid
WEDOLiT C 24-K is a water-soluble, fully synthetic fluid that facilitates the assembly of parts. The product is compatible with most non-ferrous metals and is also suitable for painted surfaces. However, the compatibility should be examined in preliminary tests. The product is also suitable for the expansion or reduction of aluminium tubes.
WEDOLiT C 24-K is approved by VW (Approval Number 29.4433).
High Performance Grinding Oil
WEDOLiT CN 2370-7 is a low viscous, high performance grinding oil, which is based on the latest GTL (gas-to-liquid) technology. It is suitable for the machining of HSS and carbide steel, (especially with a high cobalt content) with CBN and diamond grinding wheels.
Neat cutting oil
WEDOLiT CN 2610-18 3 is a non-water soluble high performance cutting and grinding oil of low viscosity. Highly alloyed steel grades and cast iron, non-ferrous metals and aluminium.
WEDOLIT CN 2610-18 has been developed, to treat all materials and grades of difficulty, with only one grinding oil.
WEDOLIT CN 2610-18 has a type approval at company KAPP.
Corrosion protection for a longer time depends of the treated material. In tests the corrosion protection, especially for non-ferrous metals, should be investigated. So far the immediate degreasing of the metal surface is recommended. The non-ageing oily film can easily be removed with the aid of organic solvents (e.g. petroleum) or water soluble alkaline industrial cleaning agents.
Neat Cutting Oil
WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 is a chlorine-free, highly additivated cutting-oil, based on the new GTL-technology.
WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 has been developed for deep-hole drilling applications in steel and high alloy steels. Due to its additivation, WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 provides the best tool life and fantastic surface finish. WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 can also be used for general cutting operations such as milling, turning, drilling and hobbing.
Cutting Oil
WEDOLiT CN 5370-12 is a low viscous non-water soluble high performance cutting oil based on the latest GTL base oil technology. GTL base oils are free of aromatics, chlorine, zinc, nitrogen and heavy metals. CN 5370-12 is suitable for the machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The product can be used in MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) systems (e.g. for sawing).
Neat-oil
WEDOLiT CN 5370-19 is a non-water soluble high performance cutting oil based on the newest GTL base oil technology. GTL base oils are free of aromatics, chlorine, zinc, nitrogen and heavy metal to provide optimal occupational safety for the worker. Highly alloyed steel grades, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and aluminium can be optimally treated with WEDOLiT CN 5370-19.
WEDOLiT CN 5370-19 has been designed especially for tapping-machining e.g. thread cutting on steel and alloyed steel.
Long-term corrosion protection depends on the type of treated material. WEDOLiT CN 5370-19 cannot be used for yellow metals. The non-ageing oily film can easily be removed with the aid of organic solvents (e.g. petroleum) or water soluble alkaline industrial cleaning agents.
Water-miscible, fully synthetic coolant
WEDOLiT CS 6201 is suitable for grinding of steel, cast iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, glass and especially carbides.
Water soluble coolant
WEDOLiT CS 6206 is a water soluble, high performance lubricant. Developed with highest technical standards for a wide range of grinding operations. WEDOLIT CS 6206 is a boric-acid, amine- and formaldehyde-depot free coolant.
WEDOLiT CS 6206 is suitable for many grinding operations such as centerless, round grinding and surface grinding, at steel, yellow metal high carbide steel and HSS. WEDOLiT CS 6206 effectively prevents the occurrence of cobalt and copper ions in the grinding solution, thereby avoiding a number of problems in carbide and red brass processing. The grinding solutions do not carry any harmful cobalt and copper salts which are detrimental to health and wastewater, thus not discoloring and remain transparent.

WEDOLiT CS 8376 is suitable for grinding as well as for light to heavy cutting operations of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, titanium and non-ferrous metals.
Water soluble coolant
WEDOLiT CS 9016 is a water soluble, high performance lubricant. Developed with highest technical standards for a wide range of grinding operations.
WEDOLiT CS 9016 is suitable for many grinding operations such as centerless, round grinding and surface grinding, at steel.
Water-miscible, fully synthetic coolant
WEDOLiT CS 9040 is suitable for grinding of steel and glass. The product is also suitable as a press water medium for tubes.
Water-soluble, fully synthetic coolant
WEDOLiT CS 9203 is usable for different metalworking operations on steel and ferrous metals in grinding, cutting operations as well as a cooling agent for tube-welding- and profiling machines. Especially adequate as a transmission fluid for hydraulic presses (e.g. U- and O-presses) or a lubricating- /anti corrosion agent in hydro testers.

WEDOLiT CW 6336 is suitable for grinding as well as for light to heavy cutting operations of steel, cast iron, aluminium (e.g. sensitive aluminium alloys of the 2000 and 7000 series) and non-ferrous metals*.
WEDOLiT CW 6336 is approved by CETIM according to specification EADS ASN 42302 annex 2, DASSAULT DQGT 0.4.2.0065 index D and by Bombardier BAMS 569-001 rev. B, for aerospace industry.

High performance expander oil
WEDOLiT EP 1090 E is a high viscosity, highest performance, special oil, based on esters of natural origin. It is developed according to the highest technical standard for use in the pipe industry. The product has worldwide release of the expander head manufacturer SMS Meer and Fontijne Grotnes and is recommended by HAEUSLER, YSD, Mannesmann-Demag and Iprolam for the expander heads.
WEDOLIT EP 1090 E is used for lubrication of sliding surfaces and guideways mechanical expander under extremely high surface pressure in the manufacture of large diameter pipes made of steel, for example, for gas and oil pipelines. WEDOLIT EP 1090 E is used undiluted for the forming process. The product is self-emulsifying and can be removed by water. The emulsion can be used for pre- and postcleaning of the pipes and to clean the expander head.
Expander Oil
WEDOLiT EP 330 ES is a highly viscous, high-performance, mineral-oil-based forming oil. The product has been developed to the highest technical standard for the utilization in the pipe industry (e.g. manufacturing of large diameter pipes, for gas and oil pipelines). The product can be used undiluted and prevents, due to the high content of polar additives, the stick-slip-effect.
Expander Oil
WEDOLiT EP 435 E is a highly viscous, high-performance forming oil based on renewable raw materials. The product has been developed to the highest technical standard for the utilization in the pipe industry (e.g. manufacturing of large diameter pipes, for gas and oil pipelines). The product can be used undiluted and prevents, due to the high content of polar additives, the stick-slip-effect.
